Thanks Miguel Avalo’s
John took care of me, and very respectful.
Great service dept, but truck somewhere else unfortunately.
Chris is the man when Marty passed away Chris told me that he would take care of me and he is #1 I was going in just to make an appointment to get my car serviced and he got me in immediately. 5 Stars CHRIS Kyle Peraino
I have had service there twice on my new Jeep. The phone staff that make the appointments are very helpful and try to make it convenient for the customer. They try to get right to your vehicle and do not keep it for days, like the dealership in Ventura, where they keep it for days, before they even look at it. That is with an appointment. I live in Ventura but drive to Thousand Oaks for service. The service department waiting area is clean and nice with tea and coffee. The only unpleasant thing about the experience was the guy that I had to deal with both times I went in. His name was Chris Lugo. He approaches you when you get there as if he is annoyed. He doesn’t make eye contact and is rude and dismissive. No people skills whatsoever. He seems like he really hates his job and is taking it out on the customers. Very unprofessional.
We have never been let down with the service we recieved, 3 cars later and we won't go anywhere else thank you John O'hanlon for always helping us out!!!
Went by the lot and took a quick look, after our Jeep was totalled. And met Suzi we had alot of questions and she answered them all with a smile. She helped us,and is keeping in contact until we find the right vehicle for us.
