Chris REALLY took care of us when we bought our car in for a check engine light. It was two days before Thanksgiving, they were super busy, but he still got the car fixed and got EVERYTHING covered under the warranty. Got it back before the holiday and didn't pay a dime (would've cost thousands without the warranty). Highly recommend!

I was able to get EP pricing so the pricing was not hard. I had interacted with Chris over e mail so when I went in I had done my research on what I wanted. He showed me the invoice and in short order we had a deal. The onlt thing was an added cost of $471 dollars. I would give a "5" on everything based on our contact with Marcia and Tim, but the dealership conducted itself in a less than professional manner on an issue completely unrelated to Marcia and Tim. Keir is really great to get service from. Really friendly and knowledgeable. And I don't just mean "knowledgeable " in a cliche way... He even told me the name of an obscure Jeep part that I thought was kind of strange, he said it's called a "mucket." I come here all the way from Redondo Beach when I'm visiting nearby friends. Special ordered a Jeep Wrangler, and when a problem came up during the manufacturing/shipping process, and the delivery, of the car, was delayed for a substantial time, Darrel kept me updated on the cars status the whole time. Also, when it finally came time for me to pick up my Wrangler, even though we had already negotiated a final price, John McCann worked with me on a discount, even though the delay was no fault of their own. Which I very much appreciated. I walked out of there a satisfied customer!

This was by far the best experience I have had buying a car. All three of them were very professional and very fun to work with. There was not a hint of pushy sales going on. It really didn't even feel like we were in a car dealership. It was VERY refreshing. I contacted 4 other Jeep dealerships and they were by far the best. I ended leasing 2 jeeps from them. I would recommend them to anyone who wants to buy a Jeep, Dodge, or Chrysler.

Andrew was great. I was a bit of a hardnose to start and he didn't give up on me. He ended up being very easy to deal with. My only complaint was that he was so busy because he was good to work with. The financing was a breeze and I was out the door. Everyone on the internet team was good. I would recommend.
