Service Technician

Minimum 3 years experience in a dealership environment preferred.

The Shaver Automotive Group is a family owned and operated dealership group in the Thousand Oaks Auto mall. We are a Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, Fiat dealership. We have available positions for experienced professional automotive technicians.

3. 4 Year College Degree (or Equivalent Experience)
4. Familiarity with using YouTube, Facebook, and Twitter
5. EXTREMELY STRONG cold calling experience selling on the telephone
6. Newer Computer with DSL/Cable Internet Access
7. Outgoing personality and seasoned closing skills
8. Good Time Management Skills.
9. Accountability
10. Ability to work with minimal supervision
11. Comfortable working within a quota based system
12. An excellent work ethic
13. Finally- You will need strong INTEGRITY
