How Do I Return a Leased Car?
At Shaver Automotive, we want to make the process of returning your leased vehicle as easy as possible. Prior to preparing to return your leased vehicle, we recommend gathering your paperwork to ensure a smoother return process. Below, we’ve answered the most common questions we receive regarding returning your lease vehicle. However, we always recommend reaching out directly to the dealership should you have any additional questions.

Upon returning your leased vehicle, Shaver Automotive will perform a full inspection to ensure the vehicle is in good condition in addition to ensuring no mileage overages. You will need to bring all the original vehicle accessories and parts that were provided to you at the start of the lease. This includes all keys, the owner’s manual, floor mats, spare tire, and anything else that came with the new leased vehicle. You’ll also want to remove any and all personal items from the vehicle prior to dealer inspection.

Once you bring your car back, you’ve got a few options:

Option 1.) Upgrade to a brand new Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, RAM, or Wagoneer. This option is for those who love the latest technologies and full factory-backed warranties. When you just can’t get enough of that new car smell or want to drive an SUV instead of a minivan, you can lease a new Jeep Grand Cherokee 4xe or a legendary Dodge Challenger muscle car today.

Option 2.) Return it to Shaver Automotive. If you are no longer in need of your Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, or RAM, you can return your vehicle when all of your monthly payments are completed. In some cases, Shaver Automotive may be able to buy your car from you earlier. Contact us, and we’ll be more than happy to provide you with an array of options.

Option 3.) Purchase your Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, or RAM or Wagoneer vehicle. If you’ve grown to love your vehicle and want to keep it, simply contact Shaver Automotive, and we’ll help present you with refinancing options.
