We wanted to take a moment to reach out to you to let you know that we’re still here to take care of any of your Jeep Ram Dodge Chrysler needs.  Our Service & Parts Departments are still open with a slight adjustment to our hours (Monday- Friday) 8:00 A.M. -5:00 P.M.  Our Sales Showroom is only available to you digitally which can be found 24/7 on our website- . Currently our #1 priority is to make sure you and your family are safe. We are making sure we stay current with all the best practices while our service department remains open.  Our entire staff has committed to taking the extra time and steps necessary to ensure your service visit is a safe one.  As an extra precaution during these times we have an abundant fleet of fully sanitized loaners for your complimentary use while we complete any service you may need.
We will continue to use a protective floor mat for each vehicle, a plastic seat covering on the Driver’s seat, and we will sanitize key areas at beginning and end of every service visit.

We will also install a HEPA Cabin Air filter when applicable at NO CHARGE to you in order to ensure the safest air filtration and air circulation in your vehicle.

As a commitment from our staff they will continue to follow the CDC’s recommendations:

  • -Regular Hand Washing
  • -Avoiding any contact with their faces,
  • -Separate staff that is designated to sanitize touched surfaces
  • -Eliminating handshakes
  • -All employees are required to wear a set of gloves
  • -Maintaining social distancing
  • -Employees are reminded and encouraged to stay at home if they even feel slightly ill.
  • -No employee is permitted at the facility if they have a cough, runny nose or fever

During these times we also understand the impact that this has on the economy and how this ripple effect may have affected you, your family or your friends.  In efforts to do our part to help you and your loved ones as much as possible we wanted to extend an offer of 15% off on Parts & Labor for any necessary repairs in the month of April with the mention of this Shaver Auto Newsletter.
