First Time Buyers Program
Our First Time Buyer Program is designed to support customers who are purchasing their first vehicle and may have limited credit history. We’re committed to making new car ownership more accessible, delivering a first-class finance experience, and helping ensure you’re set up for success in your ownership journey.
Customer Eligibility
- No prior auto credit on bureau
- No major derogatory credit (e.g., bankruptcy, charge-offs, repossession)
- Verifiable income that can cover both the vehicle payment and any outstanding debts
- Applicants who meet the program criteria will still undergo a credit evaluation to determine final approval.
Vehicle Eligibility
- New Stellantis vehicles, including Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and RAM models
- Stellantis Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) vehicles, including Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and RAM models
- Vehicle must be purchased for personal use only
Required Documents
- Proof of income (e.g., paystub or bank statement)
- Proof of Employment (e.g., phone verification with employer, verification via The Work Number)
- Proof of residence (e.g., utility bill or lease agreement)
